  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your return swiftly.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products like personal wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear) and consumables are non-returnable.

How to Return or Exchange
